6 years ago I rated this dealership 5 stars and was so impressed with the service. Their quality control has deteriorated massively to the point where I don't want to take my car there anymore. I had my vehicle there last year for a headlamp bulb replacement. When driving the vehicle at night I would get an error on the AFS system. I had to take the vehicle back twice before they found that they didn't fit the cable of the bulb back correctly, and this was making the headlamp get stuck when turning in corners. This was a simple headlamp bulb replacement. I had my vehicle there yesterday to have the shocks replaced. When driving it back home I found that the car feels very dangerous to drive and loose on the road and tire's squeal when going through corners at any speed. Upon checking the vehicle at home one could see with the naked eye that each rear wheel is turned in and massively misaligned. I can appreciate that they cannot do wheel alignment at the dealership, but then at least tell me and don't just give the vehicle back to me without saying anything. It's not like the alignment is out a little bit, it's massively out to the point where you struggle to go through corners. They have lost a long time customer, and I'm really disappointed as I used to tell everyone how impressive the service is at Lexus Fourways. I know I drive an old Lexus, but I would expect the same level of service regardless if I'm driving a new LX or a 15 year old LS.

Always believe in giving credit where credit is due. Recently bought a used car through Lexus Fourways, I have never dealt with such an impressive dealership before, from trade in to hand over I am HIGHLY impressed. Top class service from Nish and Tylor!

Honestly had the best service and will take my star to 5 if i can get my spare key. Traded my car for their car technically online. Sent pictures etc and Was never asked if I had a spare key. Upon delivery and collection of the vehicle, I was asked about spare key and I told them that i do not have but can try the dealer that sold me the car i was trading in .Unfortunately the dealer couldn’t issue one citing various reasons. Due to this , they kept my new car spare key to be released with a payment or traded car spare key. Sales man was wonderful to me xxxxx ( Five stars to Quincy) but management who advised him to withhold my spare is wrong. During the sales process, they should have asked if the car has a spare key or not before paperwork is finalised so that the correct price can be set before an OTP is drawn or signed. I hope these loopholes get corrected by putting systems in place before a sale is concluded. Happy with my purchase but I honestly need my spare key team Lexus.

I bought my car last year, and between then and now had a few issues with it, each time they have been very helpful, accomodating and always kept me up to date.
