Absolutely amazing service!!!! Did a stupid thing and balanced my credit card in CD slot on my Fortuner between toll gates. Vibration sucked in card. Phoned 15h45. Took car in an radio stripped and card retrieved in 20 min. !!!! Hats off to Quinton (Service Manager) and Sparky. Sorted me out and no charge Next car car will be a Toyota (#7) . I got nothing bad to say about halfway. Checking in with Noxie is fast and easy. Michelle @ service reception is so welcoming, doesn't matter how busy she is, she will welcome every one with a beeping smile. Waiting area, while waiting for your vehicle, is cozy and clean. Free Nescafe coffee. You need to be patient while you wait for service, or there's a driver who will drop you off and pick you up again. Every department from Main Reception to new and used vechile sales area and customer toilets are spotless.

Went to buy a car. Literally. I had decided what i wanted and just needed to find a local dealer to make the order. However the process to just get into and out of this showroom is such an effort (queue of 5 cars each way, scan drivers licence and registration disc), that I decided to not bother. I really dont think the level of security is necessary and it definitely frightens off customers (such as me). Now I'll just buy on phone from another dealer.

Lousy parts department. They keep selling me incorrect parts for my Yaris. Make sure that you have a TIS printout to make sure they sell you the right part. They sold me GL5 gearbox oil for a Yaris that takes GL4. GL5 will destroy a gearbox that needs a GL4. The oil filter they always sell never seems to match what the TIS states is needs in terms of part numbers. I think they just want to be clock watchers I shudder to think what these guys do when you drop your car off at the dealer for a service. avoid!

Not very happy with the service, it felt like the salesman was not interested and didn't want to work, we asked a lot of questions about the various cars and bakkie but most questions were not answer or met with a short quick half hearted answered, but wasn't interested in trying to sell us a car, it felt like we were judged from the start, the security guards was more friendlier than this salesman

Quite disappointed really. We are looking to purchase a vehicle ASAP, we went to the Toyota in Fourways last week Saturday with the intention of buying a vehicle. All the staff ignored us even though the floor was empty and they were not busy. When we walked in, we were definitely seen by the salesman. Does Toyota Fourways not need the business? Is this how they treat their customers? I'm really disappointed that not one person assisted us. Would not recommend this branch.

Phoned Reception, asked to speak to a salesperson, sounds like the receptionist is im the bathroom answering calls, and transferred me to the wrong department. Service department transferred me to the sales department…. No answer. Phoned back, the phone rang and rang and rang, eventually the receptionist answered but still sounds like she’s in the bathroom. She finally transferred me to the correct department/ sales department, got through to a sales agent, they accepted the call and then ended the call straight after. Should it be so difficult to get a hold of someone? I will rather get my vehicle somewhere else.

Poor pre-delivery inspection. Poor after sales support and service. I wish I could say it was me, however, either toyota builds bad cars or these guys deliver bad cars. Recommend buy elsewhere if you value your time. I have to take car in for the 3rd time in the first 7000 kms. GR four owner.

I recently had a service experience at Toyota Fourways, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing and unsatisfactory encounter. My overall impression of the service provided was extremely negative. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, it was clear that the staff lacked professionalism and customer-oriented approach. They seemed disinterested and indifferent to my presence, providing minimal assistance and showing no willingness to address my concerns. It was an unfortunate display of apathy and negligence towards customer satisfaction. I took my father in to test drive and purchase a Toyota Corolla Cross, and even though I booked an appointment with the Sales executive the previous day, he was busy with other clients. We waited for 45 minutes and ended up leaving. We were asked to come in later that day. We came back and he was busy with other clients. Instead of referring us to a different sales person, he lost us as customers. Furthermore, the level of communication and responsiveness was abysmal. My inquiries and requests were met with delays and, at times, complete disregard. It was incredibly frustrating to be kept in the dark and left without any updates or explanations. The staff's inability to communicate effectively only added to the sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction. Overall, my service experience at Toyota Fourways was nothing short of a letdown. The staff's lack of professionalism, inadequate knowledge, poor communication, and neglect of the facility created an atmosphere of frustration and disappointment. I would strongly advise against seeking service at this dealership, as it fails to meet even the most basic expectations of quality customer care. I sincerely hope that Toyota Fourways takes this review seriously and implements significant improvements in their service approach, staff training, communication, and overall customer experience. Such fundamental changes are necessary to rectify the numerous shortcomings that currently plague this establishment.

Had an express service done on my Toyota this morning and was helped by Milandre. The service was the BEST i have ever seen. I was left with my mouth hanging open when she returned the vehicle and ran a techincal explanation of service. Brakes 90%, frnt, 3mm rear, but dont worry they start at 6mm. Tyres 8.8mm , 2.2 bar all round...etc etc...guys keep this lady happy, she is worth GOLD!!! In 25 Years of dealing with dealers...this was a FIRST!!! THANK YOU!

Shame I feel very sorry for them as they are extremely unprofessional in treating clients and have a very ancient business approach. I would be happy to come around and give them free training, especially for the sales manager, one should be humble at all times and don’t think to much of yourself as there is always somebody light years ahead of you. What can I say but the management at Halfway Toyota Fourways namely Kevin was one of the most humble and helpful person in the business. Purchased a new car a week ago and there was a minor issue prior to delivery. His expertise and knowledge in the car sales industry is absolutely phenomenal. The best customer service experience: I was blessed to deal with Warren and Pooven. From the start I was busy with work calls and Warren was patient with me. He also accommodated all my questions and happily repeated where necessary. The turn comes where he changed our tires and a check engine light came on which could not be fixed due to a broken infotainment screen, out of the greatness of his and Pooven's heart they replaced the entire system as a Christmas gift. We spent a year struggling to operate the car as we were told the part is expensive and rare. I have never experienced such customer service I recommend this branch for repairs and look for Pooven and Warren.

I cannot contain my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the pathetic service we have received from you during the last two services! My wife BOOKED an appointment to have her vehicle serviced during August 2023. The allocated service advisors are wonderful, we were assisted by Warren who tried his best to resolve the issue, but the actual service is a complete disaster and has lead to a breakdown in the trust we use to have in Toyota services at Halfway Toyota. During the August service we kept receiving an alert from the tracking company that the battery is being disconnected. The car, had to stay over for the night, this was a service, being without a car for two days, was NOT planned! The following morning we received a call informing us that the battery needs to be replaced. We never had ANY problems before this with the battery. The battery has only now been replaced four months later. One can only wonder if you are really serving cars or just replacing additional parts for the sake of making target. Come December 2023. My wife again books a service. This time she asks for the one hour service, so boldly advertised outside Halfway Toyota, on Winnie Mandela Drive, because you claim to reliaze that people's time is precious! She is given a time slot and duly arrives to drop her vehicle off for a service. There is NO record that she made a booking. She is asked to return the following day which she not so politely declined! It is an up and down running and eventually she is advertised that her car would be serviced, but unfortunately it cannot be done in the promised hour. My wife had to make arrangements to be collected from Halfway Toyota. Then again she was informed that her vehicle would only be ready the following day. Needless to say, her sense of humour resulted in this idea being born dead as quickly as it saw the light. She received her vehicle, unwashed, the vehicle was then washed half-heartedly, clearly not on the standard we have seen in the past. We then departed for the Cape. On Sunday we noticed a huge oil mark on a brand new garage floor. At first we thought it couldn't be our vehicle. We placed a cardboard box under the vehicle and low and behold, it was our vehicle leaking oil. The vehicle was taken to a Toyota Dealership in the Cape. The leak was as a result of the sump plug not being properly tightened! I am not a mechanic, but I would think that this is such a basic procedure! The quality of your service has deteriorated. I have lost ALL faith in the quality of the service we get from Halfway Toyota Fourways! Perhaps you should focus on quality over quantity as it is quite clear that you are booking way too many cars for services every day, for the size of your workshop and work force. Really disappointed!

The worst service I've dealt with at any dealership. Such an unpleasant experience wanting to buy a car. I walked in, firstly no one in reception (which i can understand as they were busy), and then on the floor looking for cars for about 10 minutes and no one assisted me, there were 3 sales agents sitting at their desks, on their cellphones without acknowledging me. Eventually going back to reception and finding someone, only to take to one of the agents that was sitting on their cellphone, only to tell me they didn't have the car I was looking at and to go to Toyota Honeydew. Hopefully I'll have a better experience there.
