We had a problem with my Toyota Prado starter motor and we fortunate to be able to limp into the dealership on Saturday from Chobe Safari Lodge. The staff at the dealership were amazing and supportive. Pat the technician was unbelievable. Whilst there was no stock of the component they were able to get me back on the road for my long distance trip back to Knysna South Africa. My tanks and praise goes out to the dealership and their staff.

My experience .. they are thugs. On the 4th of January parts were ordered and paid to repair the splashguard. Being a foreigner in Botswana I did understand I had to pay. The parts would arrive in 4 working days and then they would mount them. Despite they would call/message us when the parts arrived we never got a message from them. As we were touring around that wa snot a real problem, but on the 13th of January they reported that the parts would not arrive before 31th of January. That was a problem, because we would were leaving the area. So the order was canceled and they would pay us back. Sadly the accountant was not there, so they couldn't pay back (huh .. do you need an accountant for that?). But I left all needed info so they could pay it by bank transfer/cc/paypal. You guessed it right .. they never even contacted me. After I mentioned they should pay me on the 30th of January and gave them 2 weeks, it was silent .. very silent. Until they whatsapped me on the 15th of February: they really tried but was it in Switzerland or the Netherlands (I wrote all the info down, including the country). TO keep it short .. they said they were really trying nothing really arrived. So I can only conclude that they are cheating. Edit: later everything was perfectly repaired by Strydom Toyota in South-Africa. They got the parts in 2 days.

Great service! Starts with the Girls at the reception, who go "extra miles" for their Clients, to the female Sales Manager to the mecanics, who try to help in any way possible. I've been pulled over in WDH by Olympia repairs, charging me for a new Turbo, wheras it was a 2nd hand & not even an original one. Paid 4'200 EUR for a Service there, for a lot of trouble after! I can not confirm what Mr. Schulte has written! They even called from South Africa, asking how the Service was.
