Terrible experience. Took my vehicle there, thinking they are the dealership, and it would be best. Man, was I wrong. The DPF filter is busy blocking, but they never performed a regen on it. Just told me it is blocked and replacing it would cost close to R20 000. Never offered to run a regen. Every other agency has always done a regen on it. While my vehicle was there, someone also stole earphones from my vehicle. And now they know nothing about it. I am so deeply disappointed in the level of service I received from a dealership. Will never go back. Not in a city where the next dealership is a few km away.
